Manual GraphQL introspection

Could we have a button or maybe something in the command pallet to manually trigger introspection?

I noticed for now that I can just switch request and come back to it again which will trigger introspection. So not all that desperate for it, but it would be nice!

I've seen on occasion the little red button pop up in the bottom right of the editor to trigger another introspection attempt when it's unable to connect to the server, I think even keeping that around all the time would be nice 🙂.
