Sign Windows Release

Microsoft has made it very difficult to sign code these days, requiring HSM (hardware security module) to do so. The major clouds are currently working on providing easy-to-use tools for this, so hopefully it will be easier soon.

I'm holding off on this for now, unless it becomes a priority for many users.
